"Overall, a really great hotel and the location is beautiful. The staff were really friendly, however the room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour after check-in. That would have been fine with us if we were told, but we were sent to our room and a lot of the basic amenities were not ready (water, coffee, hand towels, bath mat, bath towels, toilet paper). "Not worth going, we slept in a mould smelling room, we asked others that we’re staying they said there’s was also smelling. the toilet and bathroom was not cleaned at all, shower had no window so the water went everywhere with a puddle in the bathroom as the water wasn’t going through pipes. We had stains on our pillows and towels . No proper lighting the room was dark and no air conditioning was working. Not worth your money."

"The room was on fifth floor with no lift. Once you go up it was hard to come down. It was Strange that guests have to take shoes off to go inside the hotel and stay bare foot at all times inside the building. English was not spoken at all. We wasted a lot of time at check in as they demanded payment again despite paid for it online. Rooms were small and hard to walk around after they put three beds in it."
